HY Management Group Pty Ltd provides hands-on building management for six residential communities — Huntington, Aster, and Ikebana in Melbourne, and Carindale Gardens, Little Eagle, and Moda Melton in Brisbane.
We handle the daily work of running a strata-managed building: overseeing common property and contractors, answering owner and resident enquiries, and administering keys and lock hardware. Each community has a building manager who knows the property, so issues get seen and handled directly rather than passed along a call centre queue.
We attend all our buildings in person, letting us respond quickly across every community we manage.
